It is chinese New Year called Whu Zhi

A question for the sinologists, why does the new year begin at February 7th? We had this subject in the gregorian calender reform and the orthodox greek rejected, so their new year begins at January 6th.

Something like some days missed and Schaltjahre were not invented. So we are in Germany and of course, there is a atomic clock for the Bundesamt in Braunschweig, they have TÜV Technisches Überwachungsamt, they can synchronize computers via atomic clock to PC and radiowaves to other clocks, though, they do not know, why the chinese new year begins at February 7th and they cannot decide whether fire incident were caused by outdated outworn pipeline and plumbing or evil will called Fahrlässigkeit, technischer Defekt, Vorsatz, Absicht.

Legal language does not seem fit to deal with all eventualities and I say this from the town fo clockwork mechanics, they gave over economy to China who produce clocks cheaper and better.

So I greet my fellow economists in China, regulators whereever, mechanics and professionals.
